Neuroscience shows that the subconscious part of the mind controls about 95% of our lives. Through specific therapeutic techniques we will work both consciously and to train the subconscious part, in order to optimize your transformation and ensure the achievement of your goals.

Furthermore, through personalized scripts we will activate those resources that you sometimes forget you have.

Here are some areas of work where we will also include scripts:

  • Simple fears: zoophobia towards dogs (cynophobia), cats (ailurophobia), spiders (arachnophobia); aerophobia (fear of flying); glossophobia (fear of public speaking).
  • Sleep problems: you don’t fall asleep, you wake up at night or you have a restless sleep.
  • Reduce and manage stress and anxiety.
  • Overcoming writer’s block or creativity block in general.
  • Solving the tendency to procrastination (postponing the performance of a task or activity).
  • Increase self-confidence.
  • Reduction of pain (of any kind) with no apparent pathology.
  • Change habits (nail biting, cheek biting…).
  • Stop smoking.


* If you have a diagnosis of mental disorder affecting discernment personality disorders, burn-out, schizophrenia, etc. or you are under psychiatric treatment, this therapy is not recommended.
