Personal data: any information about a natural/legal person, which can lead, directly or indirectly, to the identification of that person. Personal data is any information that can be linked to a person (subject). 

Some examples of personal data:

  • Identification data and personal characteristics (name, surname, phone number, email);
  • In the case of events held through social media (Facebook, etc.), the identification data from the respective applications, any information about Location and any other online identifier such as the device used to access the Internet or the information obtained through cookies can also be recorded.

What kind of information is collected from you:

The website collects your personal data in two ways:

Direct and voluntary: when you fill out site forms, when you email us, when you attend events/sessions or when you visit our website.

  • In the registration form through which you receive information by email with marketing communications about our services and activities, through which you can contact us or subscribe to our newsletter to receive information and articles about our activities. The platform we use for email marketing (MailChimp).
  • Since, through the website, we offer services to people from all over the world, including people from the European Union (EU), and we collect personal data from people from the EU, we are responsible for the treatment of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the EU Regulation.
  • Also, when you contact us directly, we will have access to your email address or telephone number and any other information you provide by email or telephone.

Indirect and automatic: when you browse the site and we store information about cookies.

Your rights in the context of data collection and processing:

  1. The right to be informed about how your declared personal data is collected and used.
  2. The right to access data we hold about you.
  3. The right to request rectification of data concerning you.
  4. The right to request the deletion of the data we hold about you.
  5. The right to request that we stop sending you marketing messages.
  6. The right to request the sending of your personal data to you or to another operator.

Access to the website (hereinafter referred to as the website) in order to register for individual sessions/events/newsletters is permitted to any person (hereinafter referred to as the customer) who complies with these Terms and Conditions.

In order to successfully complete the registration procedure for the individual sessions/events/newsletters, the Customer undertakes to provide the requested information and to fill in all the fields adequately, completely, correctly and truthfully as they appear specified in the document.

The site can be used by customers only for viewing content, articles, subscribing to individual sessions/events/newsletters and for paying for some products/services.

Your personal data contained in the forms dedicated to courses/events are used exclusively to respond to your request expressed in the form. They are not stored or used for any other purpose. The data collected by you can also be transferred via Google Drive, the service that helps us securely collect the data declared in the forms. The servers are located in the United States. Subscription to the newsletter – The newsletter is a means of periodic information, exclusively electronic, on services, events, news, promotions, etc. with a certain periodicity (on average 2-3 releases per month), without any commitment on the part of the owner with reference to the information contained therein. Subscribing to the newsletter takes place through the subscription forms existing within the articles in the blog or on the main page. The data collected from you is transferred to MailChimp, the service that helps us collect the data declared in the newsletter subscription forms. Their privacy policy is here.

The email address entered must be a valid email address. Otherwise it will not be possible to continue the registration procedure on the site. The entry of personal data with the procedure described above also implies consent to receive the newsletter. This way you will be aware of my activity on the site. By continuing to use and access (navigate) our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter – You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, using one of the following methods:

  • By clicking on the unsubscribe link from any newsletter you have already received from us.
  • Sending us an email to request to unsubscribe.

In both cases, we will make sure that you no longer receive our marketing messages by e-mail as soon as possible.


Some sessions/events/webinars will be recorded in audio and/or video form. You will be informed about this in advance. Information, conversations, sessions and personalized materials (coach-client or vice versa) are and will remain confidential. Registration by the customer is not permitted without prior written consent.

The prices indicated on the website for each individual service do not include VAT, as the owner of the website is not a taxable person with a VAT number. Payment can be made via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Stripe/Paypall (or other online payment procedure)



In principle, the website owner will process your personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.


By accessing and using the site, registering for events/sessions, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the terms and conditions of the site. Acceptance of the site’s Terms and Conditions is confirmed by ticking the corresponding box on the site and/or registering for any of the events/sessions published on the site. The site owner cannot be held responsible for damage to the computer or any other equipment of customers who browse the site, download content in the form of data, text, images, video or audio from the site. It is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential injury, loss, claim, damage of any kind arising out of or in any way related to any use of the site or any content, data, materials or information contained therein.


All meetings take place online and payment is made before the meeting takes place, via paypal, bank transfer or card. If a customer has registered for an event/session and is unable to attend, the service provider should be notified by email at as soon as possible. In the case of individual sessions, they can be rescheduled if the request is sent at least 24 hours in advance. If the notification is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the amount paid is considered a penalty and will not be refunded.

Participation in sessions/events is permitted only upon payment of the chosen service. In case of bank transfer or cash deposit on the bank account, it is necessary to send an e-mail with proof of payment.

In case of purchasing a package, one session can be rescheduled at any time, the rest of the sessions respect the above condition. In cases not attributable to either party, the meeting will be rescheduled.

In the case of events/service packages, if the communication takes place no later than one week before the scheduled start date, the amount paid by the customer will be fully refunded. If the notification does not meet the above deadline, it is considered as a prepayment for any of the future individual events/sessions.

The user/client has the obligation to remember the date of the session/event for which he registered, the program and the place. Furthermore, if the session takes place online and you have not received the connection link at least 1 hour before the session/event, the user/client has the obligation to contact the coach by email (email: coach@bepresentbetuned .com) and the telephone number provided.


The Customer/User/Buyer’s payment card data will not be accessed or archived by us, but only by the institution that authorizes the transaction or other company authorized to provide card identification data conservation services, of which entity the Customer/User/Buyer User/Buyer will be informed before entering the data.


We have not, do not sell and will never sell your data to third parties. We provide services based on the trust of customers and potential customers and the security of personal data is essential in this process. Our collaborators are: MailChimp for email marketing campaigns; Facebook for e-marketing campaigns on social networks; Google Analytics for website traffic analysis; Google Drive for registering people for events; PayPall, Stripe or other secure online payment processing platform.



This site may include links to third party sites, plug-ins and applications. If you click on such links or if you enable these connections, it is possible that third parties are able to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third party sites and are not responsible for their privacy policies. When you leave our site, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of each site you visit.



The content of this website, including but not limited to stylized representations, symbols, images, photographs, textual content, articles and the like, as well as the entire content of the information contained on the website are considered to be proprietary.

It is not permitted to copy, modify, integrate, use, display, include, link, transmit, remove signs, photos, images, parts of text, display, sell, etc. the content, data, information, photos or other information on the site without the express written authorization of the site owner.


While we will use reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of any information you post on the website/social media pages, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to its accuracy. The website/social media pages are created for your personal information and use, including your personal view/life experiences and it is your discretion and choice to only take information that you resonate with. The holder has the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, by publishing the updated version on the website, and the customer has the obligation to read and scrupulously comply with the Terms and Conditions present on the website and cannot claim or defend themselves not knowing the Terms and Conditions on the website, valid on the date of access, use or in case of registration for an event/session.

The website and related social pages cannot be used to make any illegal, fraudulent payment, to send or transmit any material with defamatory, threatening, obscene, indecent, inciting or similar content, as well as viruses or anything else that could damage the functionality of the site. We reserve the right not to allow the publication and/or to cancel immediately and without notice any comment on the site/social pages that contains inappropriate language, serious typographical errors or that could cause damage to the image and/or create a state of inconvenience to the site owner, customers or visitors to this site.
