Conversational therapy

Conversational therapy is a very powerful therapeutic process that is divided into three phases: in the first one we explore the specific moments that are the source/cause of a problem, a suffering, a dysfunction in the current life. In the second phase we proceed to heal the elements identified in the exploration phase using specific therapeutic techniques. Finally in the third phase we integrate this new reality into the current life, thus creating a new awareness to improve our being here and now.

This technique works very well in case of blockages and in various areas of life. Here are some examples:

  • Emotional problems: fear, anger, guilt, sadness, loneliness.
  • Episodes of uncontainable anger.
  • Medical conditions*
  • Relationship problems with parents, other family members, colleagues; difficulties in social contacts.
  • We can also explore options for a change or whether to keep a habit or not.
